In addition to our off-the-shelf products, Work Life Help provides a wide range of services focused on improving the health, well-being, and productivity of employees.  We work as partners with organizations to develop strategies to address current work-life concerns. We review policies, conduct focus groups, develop and implement surveys, and conduct training to help facilitate change strategies.

Our Work Life Help Services Include:

Work Life Surveys and Focus groups:  Our Work Life assessment can be used to benchmark your organization’s results. This survey is given as a pre-post assessment as part of the FSST training program.

Customized Assessment Tools:  In addition to our off the shelf data collection tools, we also partner with organizations to develop customized tools to answer organization specific work-life questions.

Keynote speeches:  We give inspirational keynote speeches to national and international audiences. Topics included but are not limited to:

  • Occupational Health and Safety in the workplace
  • Creating an inclusive work-life culture
  • Gender and work-life balance
  • Women in leadership
  • Advancing Working Parents

Workshops and Training:  We can deliver off the shelf Family Supporitive Supervisor and FlexStyle training as well as custom training and workshops including both leadership and team training formats.

Coaching:  Our experts offer individualized coaching to leaders and managers to support your organization’s work life needs.  We also offer coaching to family and couples to support work-life balance needs from the non-work perspective.

Webinars:  We conduct webinars to deliver our keynote speeches and training and facilitate focus group feedback and survey design.

Performance, Career Management & Occupational Health:  We can link work life strategies and occupational stress management to employee engagement, turnover, and performance management systems.
